(A.) 200 gallon capacity dual-zone 100 psi steam-jacketed cooking kettle

with INA scrape-surface agitation, USDA food grade sanitary stainless

steel, with sanitary discharge valve and temperature probe port...

(B.) 42 inch diameter by 45 inch deep hemispherical bottom vessel with 3

inch center bottom outlet.

(C.) Dual zone steam jacket manufacturer tagged and National Board coded

for 100 psi working pressure.

(D.) Inclined scraper-agitator with drive geared for 33 RPM at the INA

agitator.

(E.) Sanitary flush-bottom discharge valve with threaded connections,

pneumatically operated.

(F.) Temperature probe port.

(G.) All USDA sanitary food grade stainless steel construction, including

the (3) pipe legs.

(H.) 1.5 HP 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase agitator drive motor.
